Rugged keyboards with a powder coated aluminum bezel and zinc or POM keys. Legends on the metal keys are molded in so they will never wear off. Legends on the LITE versions have engineered plastic (POM) keys that are laser etched and actually become part of the key and will not wear off. The keyboard is totally protected with weep holes to shed liquid spilled onto the key area. The 1.5 inch integrated trackball can be stainless steel or plastic. The NAV switch is a flat joystick and is the most rugged and durable of all pointing devices. The touchpad has a molded cover that provides protection and a perfect seal. All versions can be ordered with USB or PS/2. No external software is needed. Keyboard has an Internal Menu for programming hidden functions. All changes can be password protected by the user. |
