QUALITY
Quality starts with the first phone call and will continue through design assistance, flexible delivery schedules, fair pricing, on time delivery and keyboards that meet your design specifications with our exacting standards built in.

DESIGN
Quality production starts with quality design. We have the background and the experience to develop your designs and ideas into working prototypes and production parts.

The keyboards from OIT are designed using computer aided design (SolidWorks) technology. Many of our products are directly compatible with keyboard production equipment for maximum efficiency and ultimate flexibility.

Operator Interface Technology was founded in 1993.

OIT has invested in modern close tolerance high tech equipment to better control the processes we need to maintain the quality our customers expect.

The Fiber lasers were added to eliminate ink keycap printing. The keycaps and some bezels are now molded with engineered plastic that mark white or black when exposed to the laser beam. The legend becomes part of the key and will never wear off. There is virtually no lead-time for custom legends on keyboards and keypads. By adding this process we have eliminated solvents and all inks used in the printing process.

The CNC machining centers have been added for close tolerance milling operations on keyboards and keypads. These machines are also used for proto-types, fixtures and manufacturing parts.
